Creative Approach | Tools/Techniques We Use

The Creative Approach:
In developing a client's new Website or product, WHITCOM uses a six-step process to ensure we create an environment that ultimately meets the requirements set forth by our customers. This is the "marketing" homework that must be done before the first line of code is written.

1. Define the target audience:
To ensure the client's message and features are appropriately articulated, the audience must be clearly defined.

2.Find the Inherent drama of the client's story:
With a focus on the targeted audience, what differentiates our client's offering from the competition?

3.Translate that inherent drama to a believable benefit:
How does this help the customer? What are some examples of how they can use it? Is it easy to use? Does your company use its own product (referred to as "eating your own dogfood")? Prove to your customer that what you have to offer will make a difference.

4. Get the targeted audiences' attention:
In addition to developing a visually attractive Website, WHITCOM Websites will keep the target audiences' attention by focusing on what interests these visitors.

5. Motivate the audience to act (and make it easy to do so):
What is the appropriate call-to-action? Place an order; make a reservation; make a call; send an email; request more information; etc.

6. Measure response:
How will you determine if the site or product is a success? Examples; feedback from users, log analysis, sales.

We go through this process to ensure we meet the goal of EVERY Website in the world:

Increase the probability of engagement,
(so you can sell, support, or tell the story)

reduce the risk of exit.
(and competitive engagement)
